The story
The company
One of the largest automotive dealers in the UK who represents the world's most prestigious car manufacturers.
The challenge
They were seeking to automate the processing of purchase invoices to deliver efficiencies in manual data entry.
The goal
The goal was to save hours of employee productivity daily from mundane manual data entry tasks by finance staff across their UK branch network.
What VP did
VP undertook a Benefits Realisation Assessment to define the project scope and assess the process complexity and it was identified to save productivity hours they needed to:
Automate AP invoice process.
Roll out to all their main dealer franchises, P&Ls and branches.
Manage documents and data.
Improve quality control.
The results
The dealer evaluated several options including those from their DMS provider and settled on our solution because:
