Agile Projects and Resource Director
We are seeking an exceptional hands-on Agile Projects and Resource Director to join our growing IT services team, to manage and deliver challenging IT and business projects, that will keep our delivery team producing successful projects.
The ideal Agile Projects and Resource Director candidate will be our delivery expert. They will show the way, ensuring project management excellence is at the core of what we do. They are delivery-focused but have the ability to see the bigger picture, being experts who will help drive projects and teams forward.
You will be:

Managing and executing high-profile complex projects. Including creating accurate scopes of work, tracking financial health, managing resource plans, and highlighting and mitigating risks.

Managing a team of Project Managers by supporting and mentoring them. Ensuring they’re trained with the relevant training accreditations and become a centre of excellence.

Reporting and working closely with the Operations Director and key stakeholders.

Leading entire project programmes of work and being responsible for ensuring all workstreams run concurrently.

A champion of an Agile delivery approach for all software configuration projects whilst applying other appropriate project management methodologies as required.

Facilitating the necessary business change management required to complement the implementation of new software solutions across the client.

Testing and evaluating (in an ongoing capacity) the functionality of existing logistics systems to make recommendations, and modifications and propose/oversee schedules for change/improvement.

Establishing and sustaining an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across the projects.

A champion of data protection and information security and support the assurance and compliance of necessary controls.

The role will be hybrid, with up to 3 days a week based from our office in Richmond, London.

Head of Practice Enterprise Architect for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) workflow
VP is looking for a Head of Practice/Lead Architect for ECM and workflow based in or around London, to support our technical team and lead our content management and intelligent automation divisions. The Head of Practice Enterprise Architect will be a technical lead across all projects, implement, and drive best practices, lead internal initiatives whilst supporting the revenue team around pre-sales activities, where necessary.
The role will develop a deep knowledge of Virtuoso Partners technology solutions from leading Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) (Kofax, M-Files and others), their competition and third-party integrations to customer industries.

Kofax Solution Architect
VP are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a growing delivery team in the design and implementation of customer-specific data capture solutions using Kofax technologies, to drive business processes across a range of industry verticals.
You will be expected to have a high level of experience with the Kofax TotalAgility platform and it would be highly beneficial to have experience of other Kofax products as well, such as the Kofax Communication Manager.
